 Perfect for individuals, scout trips, families and youth group activities, full day hiking trips are a great option for enjoying the Colorado wilderness without the time commitment required for an extended day wilderness backpacking trip. With a strong commitment to service, our skilled guides will lead you, your family or group onto the Continental Divide or far into the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness for a day of hiking that will not soon be forgotten.
Noah's Ark is also strongly committed to wilderness education and the wilderness experience. We depend solely on the wilderness for our activities and want to instill a strong sense of environmental responsibility in each guest. Noah's Ark teaches practical skills, such as Leave No Trace, that equip individuals with the knowledge necessary for natural resource preservation and protection. We are committed to caring for the environment and feel that each person who journeys with us should be as well.
Many groups also use a full day hiking trip in combination with other activities such as white water rafting, rock climbing or fishing to complete a well-rounded sampling of everything that Noah's Ark has to offer. In addition, our amazing and well-trained staff can supplement your full day hiking trip with activities such as initiative games, solo experiences, teaching and training exercises or intentional, topical discussions that make the trip chock-full of content and purpose.

Full day hiking trips depart from the Noah's Ark Basecamp at 8 am and return in the late afternoon.
*Trip cost is per person and includes lunch, appropriate equipment
and guiding services. Subject to Forest Service availability. Price does not include
tax, 3% US Forest Service use fee, or 1.5% land and water access fee.
