Overnight river rafting trips are a great addition to Colorado family vacations in the Arkansas River Headwaters region. Many organized groups such as youth groups, clubs and scout troops also use these rafting trips in conjunction with rock climbing, backpacking, hiking and camping at our campground to capture the most of what this region has to offer. This Colorado rafting trip includes both the Narrows and Browns Canyon sections of whitewater, giving you maximum white water rafting value - in two days. This exciting Arkansas River paddling experience includes 15 Class III-IV rapids over 35 miles. Check-in time is 8:00 am. Breakfast at Noah's Ark's riverside pavillion is included prior to leaving for the Narrows, a section of the river located near the headwaters of the Arkansas. After breakfast, you will head north of Buena Vista, Colorado to begin your Colorado overnight river trip.
Lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning will all be served while out on the river. You will take out on Day 2 at approximately 12 noon. After a short shuttle, we will provide lunch at Noah's Ark upon your return.

*There is an Arkansas Headwaters user fee of 5.25 % or $3.00 (whichever is greater) added to the price of all Arkansas River trips. There will be a 1.5% land and water access added to all activities.
