NARROW WAY EXPEDITIONS!
We are very excited to have your teen rafting with us this summer! For your convenience, you may complete your release forms online. Please find your rafting date in the list below. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHOOSING THE LINK FOR YOUR TEEN 'S TRIP DATE. If you have more than one going to camp, please fill out a form for each participant for the appropriate program and date.
Your teen will have the opportunity to rent extra river gear as well. Click here for pricing.
Some important instructions...1. Click on the link (below) for the program and date your teen is rafting.
2. If your participant is under 18, complete the form together with one parent or LEGAL guardian.
3. For more than one attending the same camp, you will have the option to add another minor when you complete the form. Click "YES" at that screen. (If you miss this part for some reason, just come back to the original link on this page.)
4. Make sure you include your correct email address so you receive a PDF copy of your completed waiver.
