  Noah’s Ark Whitewater Rafting & Adventure Co. is an industry leader in whitewater rafting & adventure trip programming. We are one of the largest outfitters in Colorado, serving 25,000+ guests each year in one of the top recreational areas in the country. With some of this nation’s finest whitewater, highest mountains, & biggest crags, there’s plenty to keep an adventurous spirit occupied.

We are a seasonal operation (May - August). During this time, we employ 100+ people from all over the country. From Sept. - April (off-season months), we shrink to a staff of 10.

Our summer 2023 hiring process will begin in January 10th with our phone screen applications. Just give us a call from 9 am -4:30 pm MST January 10th-20th to start your application.

Summer 2023 Staff Positions:

GUIDE STAFF: 
Guides will be trained to lead trips in three areas: whitewater rafting, backpacking, and either rock climbing/aerial park.
You will raft through class III/IV whitewater in Browns Canyon National Monument, backpack through the Collegiate Peak Wilderness on 3-6 day backpacking trips, lead climbs on some of Colorado's most famous crags, and guide groups through our riverside high ropes course.
2 summer commitment required.

AERIAL PARK FACILITATOR:
 
Focuses daily on facilitating a memorable experience for guests on the Browns Canyon Adventure Park, a 60+ element aerial challenge course.

OFFICE STAFF / RESERVATIONS: 
Responsible for answering phones, welcoming customers, selling merchandise in our retail store, and helping guests with the trip check-in process.

FOOD SERVICE: 
Packs, preps, cooks, and bakes all meals served in the field and in the Noah's Ark Riverside pavilion.

LAND CREW: 
In charge of property maintenance, landscaping, and campground cleanliness. Occasionally helps with minor construction projects.

BUS DRIVERS:
 
Shuttles guests to and from rafting put-ins, take-outs, climb sites, and back country trailheads (21 y/o+).

  • Exhibits teach-ability. Desires to learn new job skills quickly, humbly and enthusiastically.
  • Passionate about outdoor recreation and desires to make a difference in the outdoor industry. 
  • Interest in serving and conversing with youth and families. 
  • Loves working hard.
  • Notices and seeks opportunities for personal contribution.
