Combine Colorado's most popular section of whitewater with a horseback ride through Colorado's Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area.

In the morning, raft through Browns Canyon National Monument—Colorado's most popular section of whitewater – and view Colorado's Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area from a new perspective. Experience the fun and excitement of rafting several Class II-III+ whitewater rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Raft Ripper.

Enjoy a delicious deli-style lunch in our Outdoor Pavilion, then join our local wranglers and friends at Mt. Princeton Riding Stables or for a 2 hour trail ride. You have your choice of these two outstanding local horse outfitters:
  • Mt. Princeton Riding Stables offers a trail ride through the pinon trees, along the old narrow gauge railroad bed that went to St. Elmo around the turn of the century and by the old trout pond. You get excellent views of the peaks of Harvard, Yale, and the base of Mt. Antero or you will do the 2 hour ridge ride behind the Mt. Princeton Resort. Located on County Road 162 in Nathrop, in the Chalk Cliffs Canyon.
