No time for the whole thing? The Numbers Half Day section of the Arkansas River gives you the prime cut of the rapids. Sitting in the upper reaches of the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area near Buena Vista, Colorado, this highly technical section of whitewater is for those with excellent physical stamina and a desire for relentless Class IV-IV+ rapids.
This steep, narrow, and rocky section requires decisive maneuvering & concentration. Half Day Numbers requires previous class III rafting experience, so if you are new to rafting, this trip can be paired with a Browns Canyon Half Day trip, to warm you up to the big adventure!
