From Denver, Colorado:

Take Highway 285 south from Denver. You will come to a T in the road at Johnson Village (Buena Vista will be to the north and Salida will be to the south). Go left at the stop light onto 285 south towards Salida. We are 4 miles south of there on the left hand side of the road. Trip length from Denver: 110 miles. Trip time from Denver: 2 1/2 hours from the west side of Denver.

From Colorado Springs, Colorado:

Take Highway 24 west from Colorado Springs. You will come to a T in the road and you will turn left at the stop sign onto Highway 285/24. Go approximately 15 miles and you will come to your second T in the road at Johnson Village Buena Vista will be to the North and Salida will be to the south). Take a left at the stop light onto 285 south. We are 4 miles south of there on the left hand side of the road. Trip length from Colorado Springs: 95 miles. Trip time from Colorado Springs: 2 hours from the west side of Colorado Springs.

From Breckenridge, Colorado:

Take Highway 9 south out of Breckenridge. Turn right at the Fairplay stop light onto Highway 285 south. You will come to a T in the road at Johnson Village (Buena Vista will be to the north and Salida will be to the south). Take a left at the stop light onto 285 south. We are 4 miles south of there on the left hand side of the road. Trip length from Breckenridge: 65 miles. Trip time from Breckenridge: 1 hour 10 minutes.
